Meet the Staff
Arlene Martin (Artistic Director/Founder)
Arlene identifies as Filipino-Spanish-Chinese and has been a dancer in the Seattle community for 12 years. Originally from the Chicagoland area, she moved to Seattle for grad school at the University of Washington where she earned both an MBA and an MS in Engineering. She currently works at Microsoft where she's had a 15+ year career. The desire to produce a show with this mission stemmed from her being less able to perform and the desire to continue contributing back to the dance community. She aspires the Tint Dance Festival to become one of the most impactful dance festivals in Seattle.
